Daily loss calculation
The daily loss boundary is 4% of the original account balance. It includes the current trading-server day’s closed result plus floating result, commissions, and swaps. On a $20,000 account, the daily boundary is $800. Open exposure can breach the rule before a position is closed. The counter resets at the published trading-server reset time.
Maximum loss calculation
The maximum loss boundary is static at 6% below the original account balance and includes closed result, floating result, commissions, and swaps. On a $20,000 account, equity must not fall below $18,800. The boundary does not trail upward after profit.
Reward activation and multiple requests
Net profit must reach 10% while the account is compliant. On a $20,000 account, the activation level is $22,000. After activation, 80% of approved eligible net profit may be requested. Multiple requests are allowed when eligible profit remains. Requests may be checked for rule compliance, identity, payment integrity, wallet accuracy, and prohibited conduct.

Provisioning and security
Checkout uses the customer’s email and chosen password. After confirmed payment, the dashboard shows the account under review. IFTMO prepares the selected MT4 or MT5 login, trading password, and server details and sends them to the registered email address. Customers must protect their website login, email, platform credentials, wallet, and device.
Payments and crypto networks
The final total and payment instructions displayed at checkout are authoritative. The selected payment provider controls the crypto quote, supported network, destination, expiry, confirmations, and payment status. Customers must send the exact supported asset on the selected network.
Refund policy
Refunds may be requested before credentials are provisioned and are reviewed under applicable law and payment-provider rules. After access is delivered or trading begins, the digital service fee is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where IFTMO confirms it failed to provide the purchased service. Network fees and exchange charges may be non-refundable.
Privacy and transaction records
IFTMO processes registration details, country, order and payment status, platform selection, trading-account records, risk metrics, support messages, wallet destinations, reward requests, security logs, and compliance evidence needed to operate the service. Payment, hosting, email, trading-platform, analytics, and payout providers may process data under their own privacy terms. IFTMO never needs a wallet seed phrase or private key.
Enforcement and disputes
Trading-server records, order records, and security logs determine compliance. Suspected breaches may be reviewed before suspension or termination. Customers may contact support with their order and account details to request review. Product rules accepted at checkout control; promotional copy does not override this rulebook or the Terms.
Simulated trading disclosure
IFTMO balances are virtual. Buying an account is not an investment, brokerage deposit, savings product, loan, employment arrangement, or promise of income. Rewards are conditional contractual benefits for eligible simulated performance.
