1. Simulated trading environment
IFTMO accounts operate with virtual capital in a simulated environment. Figures shown in a trading platform or dashboard are not customer deposits and cannot be withdrawn as principal. Eligible rewards are contractual benefits based on compliant simulated performance.
2. No investment service or advice
IFTMO does not accept deposits for investment, execute trades in a customer’s brokerage account, manage customer money, or provide personalized investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing on the website is a recommendation to trade a particular instrument or strategy.
3. Trading risk
Leveraged trading strategies can produce rapid gains and losses. Volatility, gaps, spreads, slippage, swaps, commissions, liquidity, market closures, and execution conditions can materially affect results. A position may breach a risk limit before it is closed.
4. Rule risk
A profitable account can still become ineligible if the 4% daily loss limit, 6% maximum loss limit, prohibited-conduct rules, identity requirements, or other accepted conditions are breached. Customers must monitor balance, equity, open exposure, trading costs, and server reset times.
5. Technology risk
Internet failure, device failure, platform interruption, delayed data, maintenance, cyber incidents, or third-party outages may affect access or order execution. Customers should maintain secure devices, reliable connectivity, and appropriate risk controls.
6. Expert advisors and automated strategies
Permission to use an expert advisor does not make it safe or compliant. Customers remain responsible for every order, parameter, update, malfunction, duplicate trade, excessive request, or prohibited behavior generated by automation.
7. Reward and timing risk
Reaching a target does not by itself guarantee approval. Reward eligibility depends on complete rule compliance and may require payment, identity, wallet, fraud, and transaction checks. Same-day processing is a target rather than a guarantee.
8. Crypto and wallet risk
Crypto prices, network fees, confirmation times, and provider availability may change. Transfers to an incorrect or incompatible address may be irreversible. Customers must verify the asset, network, contract where relevant, destination, and wallet security before submitting a request.
9. No performance guarantee
Past performance, testimonials, certificates, public proof records, statistics, and another trader’s outcome do not predict future results. No strategy, account size, promotion, or platform guarantees profit, account longevity, or a reward.
10. Personal responsibility
