MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 are separate trading platforms, not interchangeable labels for the same account. The platform selected at checkout should match the account that the administrator provisions and the software used by your trading strategy.
Choosing a platform before checkout
Check whether your preferred indicators, expert advisors, scripts, and execution workflow support the platform you select. An expert advisor built for one MetaTrader generation may require a different implementation for the other. Product and symbol availability also depend on the broker or trading infrastructure behind the program.
If your strategy depends on a particular symbol suffix, execution model, data history, or VPS setup, confirm those details with support before purchasing an account.
What happens after payment
When the payment provider confirms the WooCommerce order, the customer receives an account-under-review confirmation. The customer dashboard becomes available, but the trading platform login is supplied only after an administrator prepares the requested account.
The administrator enters the platform, login, trading password, and server into the order record. When the credentials are ready, the trader receives a branded notification email and can retrieve the details from the authenticated customer dashboard.
Keep account credentials private
Trading credentials should be encrypted at rest when the website stores them and shown only to the account owner. Use a strong password for the WordPress customer account, enable additional security where available, and never share a wallet seed phrase as part of account onboarding.
Live platform metrics require an integration supplied by the relevant broker or bridge provider. A WordPress theme alone cannot independently obtain real-time MT4 or MT5 account data without that infrastructure.
